About Us

Bennett E. McClellan, Ph.D.

Bennett has served as a strategy consultant and change agent in the entertainment industry for more than 30 years. Bennett earned his MBA from Harvard University and his MFA from UCLA’s School of Theater, Film and Television. He recently completed his Ph.D. in Management at Claremont Graduate University’s Drucker School of Management.

Former consulting employers include McKinsey & Co., Arthur D. Little, Inc., and PricewaterhouseCoopers. At PwC, Bennett served as Managing Director for the west coast’s Media and Entertainment strategy practice. He is the co-author of PwC’s “The Future of Media and Entertainment” and “Vying for Attention.”

Past clients have included at one time or other all of the major Hollywood studios, including The Walt Disney Company, Universal Pictures, MGM-UA, Paramount Pictures, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Twentieth-Century Fox, and Warner Bros. Read more

Kim Perkins

Kim has followed her passion as a motivator, change facilitator, journalist and publisher for more than two decades. Kim earned her B.A. in English from Oberlin College.

She holds an M.A. in Psychology with a concentration on Evaluation and Research Methods. Her master’s thesis is titled, Hustle & Flow: A Positive Perspective on Competition. She is currently completing a doctorate in Positive Organizational Psychology at Claremont Graduate University’s School of Behavioral and Organizational Sciences. Her thesis topic focuses on engagement and identity among top negotiators.

The first decade of Kim’s professional life was devoted to the world of publishing and journalism. Kim served as an in-house editor in New York for Penguin Books and its various imprints. Read more
